Territory Account Manager

    In this role, you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to work with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment. Develop strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives in accordance with territory and account level goals. Facilitate the execution of business plans that impact multiple accounts and gaining buy-in on responsibilities. Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives utilizing; KPIs, scaling of successes, business problem solving, etc. Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelors or Master’s degree in business or life sciences preferred
    • 2-3 years demonstrated sales experience in specialty with successful track record of exceeding expectations
    • Exhibit high degree of interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
    • Can work independently with strong attention to detail
    • HIV Experience Preferred, not required
    • Driven/Motivated for growth in role/position

    Desired Requirements:

    • Product launch experience
    • 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience in one or more of the following: HIV, diabetes, cardiovascular and/or specialty (i.e. immunology, oncology)
    • Strong analytical and computer skills
