Description

Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing Education, supervises assigned educational programs including, but not limited to, the Nurse Tech program. Assesses for education needs, plans, implements, and evaluates educational programs in collaboration with education department and other stakeholders.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing

• Master's Degree -Or-

• Enrolled or actively pursuing enrollment in a master's program.

• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

• 4 years Clinical experience in a hospital acute care setting.

Preferred qualifications:

• Upon hire: Active membership in professional organization(s)

• Upon hire: Specialty certification, as appropriate

• Leadership experience as charge nurse.

• Experience as ANM, Administrative Supervisor or related nursing leadership role in an acute care setting.
