Reporting to the Nursing Director Emergency Services, in this role the Emergency RN Manager will oversee 40-50 FTEs providing leadership in attaining and sustaining an unparalleled patient experience. The Emergency Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
The RN Manager Emergency will join a team of specially trained and respected doctors, nurses and support staff to provide a wide range of services and keep the Emergency Department running smoothly. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of the department, The RN Emergency Department Manager will help create a superior clinical identity by operationalizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes while ensuring adherence to standards of care.
