The Hospital Manager Nursing Operations will be reporting to the Director of Business Operations and Patient Care Services. They will be responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of a centralized staffing system and bed coordination and utilization. They will analyze the centralized staffing systems ability to meet fluctuating staffing and scheduling needs, as well as be responsible for the management of non-clinical Nursing Administration/Logistics staff including Staffing Coordinators, Throughput Coordinators, and Nursing Supervisor Administrative Support (NMASS) and Management of staff includes hiring, orientation, and performance evaluations.
