You will oversee a team of dedicated professionals, 80 FTE’s, guiding them to provide top-tier care in a highly standardized and non complex environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, MSN preferred
• Current RN License in the state of Massachusetts
• A minimum of five (5) years related work experience, and three (3) years supervisory experience within an emergency department. Will accept experience as Lead/Charge RN.
