Reporting to the Director of Managed Care, the Hospital Financial Contract Regional Manager is responsible for shaping financial strategy operations for commercial and government contracting vendors across the health system. In this comprehensive role, the Healthcare Contracting Regional Manager is responsible for fostering positive payer relationships, streamlining underpayment review operations, and improving appropriate dashboard functions. Overseeing a team of 5 direct reports, the Hospital Financial Contract Regional Manager is the primary consultant for daily operations and leading staff professional development activities.

The ideal candidate has several years of progressive leadership experienced in Managed Care and a proven track record of leading improvements in Revenue Cycle and Contract Negotiation areas.
