Additionally, responsibilities encompass planning, verifying, evaluating, and ensuring the competence of all staff conducting routine and specialized technical procedures, thereby upholding performance quality standards.The Supervisor Clinical Laboratory will receive support from Certified Lab Technicians, Charge Technologists, Lead Laboratory Technicians,Laboratory Pathologists, and other Laboratory staff.
The ideal Laboratory Supervisor candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience with one year of supervisory/leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science and certification as an MLS, MT, CLS, or equivalent.
