As a technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing various maintenance tasks and troubleshooting electrical and HVAC systems. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and repair or replace faulty components
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or maintenance
• Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure efficient operations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans

Qualifications

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with HVAC systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance practices and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
