Oversees construction progress, ensuring that timing, costs and contract requirements are adhered to. Being a Clinical Facilities Planner supervises construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to review design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures. Additionally, Clinical Facilities Planner develops and designs feasibility studies for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. General Description
Provides direct patient care to residents in a certified unit. May include but not limited to, taking and monitoring vital signs, assisting other medical staff in medical treatment, dressing, feeding, bathing and transporting to activities and other related tasks. Basic computer skills are required. This position may require rotating shifts to meet facility needs, shift assignment is subject to change per operational need. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position. Performs related duties as required.
Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in agency and bureau policies. Applicants must successfully pass a background check. Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or the equivalent.
Licensure/Certifications: Certification or Registration as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse Aide.
