Clinical Facilities Planner offers professional services on assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of hospital buildings and facilities. Oversees construction progress, ensuring that timing, costs and contract requirements are adhered to. Being a Clinical Facilities Planner supervises construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to review design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures. Additionally, Clinical Facilities Planner develops and designs feasibility studies for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Clinical Facilities Planner contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The Maintenance Scheduler role focuses on planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations within the facility. This includes scheduling repairs, managing preventative maintenance work orders, and optimizing resources to meet operational demands. The Scheduler works closely with the maintenance, production, and engineering teams to prioritize tasks, maintain equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement efforts. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime through effective maintenance planning.
What You’ll Do:- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules, balancing workload with available resources.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve equipment reliability.
- Manage and track inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary parts and materials.
- Conduct regular reviews and adjustments of schedules to adapt to changing needs and to maximize efficiency.
- Lead the preparation of reports and presentations on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of a proactive preventive maintenance program.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Personal attendance record should remain in compliance with company guidelines.
