Being a Clinical Facilities Planner supervises construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to review design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures. Additionally, Clinical Facilities Planner develops and designs feasibility studies for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Job Requirements :
Experience in planning / scheduling maintenance activities in a factory environment.
Background in manufacturing and / or operations.
Proficiency in computer systems including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project; SAP experience highly preferred.
General knowledge of machinery, assembly lines, and maintenance processes.
Experience in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulics fields.
Preferred Skills :
Comfortable working on the shop floor environment.
Job Responsibilities :
Plan and schedule ongoing maintenance for all plant equipment.
Coordinate preventive maintenance for building and facilities.
Pay Details : $19.00 to $26.00 per hour
