Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages professional services for assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of hospital buildings and facilities. Oversees all aspects of construction including progress, timing, costs and contracts. Being a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager directs construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to ensure design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures are in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, Clinical Facilities Planning Manager develops and designs feasibility studies for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Summary
    The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of effective quality care to patients, leading and supporting team members in daily operations, and upholding the vision and mission of the Practice.

    Essential Functions

    • Partnering with leadership, providers, and staff to manage overall operations including patient care, retention of employees, and the overall office workflow
    • Leading the team to drive initiatives around patient care, overall office productivity, and customer satisfaction
    • Drive policies and procedures that ensure the overall success of the office
    • Analyze ways to reduce costs and increase revenue
    • Perform evaluations of all office team members, provide consistent feedback, and empower team members to exceed expectations
    • Lead the employee onboarding experience to include training and implementing new team members into the SDG culture
    • Provide daily hands-on coverage for Medical Assistants and Lab techs as needed
    • Analyze and implement new ways to increase efficiency and eliminate barriers that impact patient care
    Supervision
    This position supervises the administrative and clinical practice team members

    Required Education and Experience

    • Minimum high school diploma
    • 3 years experience as a Medical Assistant
    • 2 years of experience in a management/supervisory role in a medical office
    • Dermatology experience is strongly preferred


    Your Skills:

    • At least two years of leadership experience in a medical office
    • Ability to complete patient based without supervision
    • Previous experience working with EMR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to develop others and foster the SDG culture within your office
    • Ability to problem-solve and handle patient concerns
    • Experience providing exceptional customer service to patients and internal employees
