As the Hospital Facilities Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing our facilities, grounds, and biomedical staff. Acting as the Safety Officer, you will ensure the monthly testing, repairs, and preventive maintenance of clinical equipment and the hospital's physical plant. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining departmental budgets, scheduling and leading Emergency Operations Committee (EOC) meetings, and assisting with occasional construction projects.

Requirements:

• 5 years of prior experience in acute care settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5 years of experience in facilities management operations.
• Proficiency in computer data entry and knowledge of medical terminology.
• 5 years of experience with electronic controls, building construction, and reading blueprints.
• Extensive understanding of HVAC systems, boilers, generators, water softener systems, medical gas systems, and clinical devices.
