Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages professional services for assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of hospital buildings and facilities. Oversees all aspects of construction including progress, timing, costs and contracts. Being a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager directs construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to ensure design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures are in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, Clinical Facilities Planning Manager develops and designs feasibility studies for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee our East Coast locations, we are opening more locations every year!
Facilities Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversees maintenance, safety, and property management including repairs
- Works with construction, vendors, and contractors as well as operation teams
- Develop and manage daily and weekly work schedules to minimize down time on operations
- Ensures all maintenance and repairs are done correctly, including inspections
Facilities Manager Requirements:
- At least 4 yrs of degree in manufacturing, including electrical and equipment
- 3 of project management; including maintenance, mechanical, and facilities knowledge
- MUST have experience in restaurants, including multi-state and multi-unit
- Administrative & Computer skills: Microsoft, IOS, and EcoTrak
- Experience with restaurants or retail is preferred
- 50% travel, 50% remote
- Japanese language is a plus!
