Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages professional services for assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of hospital buildings and facilities. Oversees all aspects of construction including progress, timing, costs and contracts. Being a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager directs construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to ensure design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures are in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, Clinical Facilities Planning Manager develops and designs feasibility studies for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Leading with a proactive approach, you will be overseeing the cleaning and sanitation aspects of the Keyser Avenue facility with in-house janitorial staff and external cleaning companies, ensuring a hygienic and well-maintained working environment.

    On the technical front, your expertise is instrumental in adeptly managing air compressors and air dryer systems, with a particular emphasis on troubleshooting individual components, especially within chilled water and cooling systems. Your command of building power systems, including up to 12,400VAC switch gear/distribution panels, emergency generators, cooling tower systems and HVAC units, fire alarm and secure systems is pivotal to sustaining the integrity of our facilities. This extends to oversight of water systems and their treatment, encompassing troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment water supply systems, and managing building water supply for general purposes and fire control.  Your multifaceted expertise, particularly in chilled water and cooling systems management, will play a pivotal role in contributing to the continued success of AZEK Company.

    Contractor/Vendor Management:

    In the capacity of Facilities Manager, a pivotal responsibility revolves around soliciting bids and managing contracts with diverse contractors and vendors. This multifaceted process demands a thorough approach to ensure the selection of qualified and cost-effective partners, defining the project requirements and soliciting competitive proposals. After the reception of bids, a comprehensive evaluation and comparison process becomes imperative to identify the most suitable vendors and contractors. Monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, and promptly addressing any potential issues are vital components of this role, underscoring the critical importance of overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts for the seamless functioning of facility operations.

    Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or other purchase order systems.
