Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages professional services for assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of hospital buildings and facilities. Oversees all aspects of construction including progress, timing, costs and contracts. Being a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager directs construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to ensure design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures are in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, Clinical Facilities Planning Manager develops and designs feasibility studies for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Le responsabilità principali in carico alla risorsa ricercata saranno le seguenti: Affiancare Il Client Consultant nella ricezione dei brief dai Clienti e nella traduzione degli stessi in strategie di comunicazione e proposte operative; Gestire i rapporti con le concessionarie, effettuando direttamente le trattative di acquisto ed affiancando il responsabile nelle negoziazioni più articolate o complesse; Realizzare in autonomia il documento di Planning sui mezzi seguiti, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di comunicazione espressi dal Cliente e supervisionando il lavoro svolto dai Media Expert; Supervisione e gestione delle attività digitali dei pure player al fine di promuovere la realizzazione di campagne integrate; Effettuare il monitoraggio della campagna in fase “on air” e “post”, intervenendo con la definizione di azioni correttive qualora le performance non siano in linea alle attese; Monitoraggio e controllo degli indicatori provenienti dalla direzione commerciale; Elaborare la necessaria reportistica, rivolta sia al Cliente sia alle funzioni interne, Gestendo la coerenza tra planning, reportistica e fatturazione. Requisiti: Laurea o cultura equivalente; Esperienza minima di 5 o 6 anni presso agenzie media strutturate in ruolo equivalente; Conoscenza approfondita del mezzo digital; Capacità di negoziazione con le concessionarie per l’acquisto degli spazi pubblicitari; Conoscenza avanzata di MS Office, con particolare riferimento a Ms Excel, e dei principali tools e software di pianificazione; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Ottime doti di relazione e comunicazione, attitudine al teamwork; Autonomia operativa; Spiccato orientamento al Cliente ed ai risultati; Capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività; Esperienze in team di lavoro multi-cliente.
