We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing and Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a positive clincal research subject experience. Duties:
- Assist with lead generation and sourcing of clinical trial subjects through various channels
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, both in-person and virtual
- Maintain subject tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date subject information
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of clinical trial subjects
- Assist with the development of training programs for new hires
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment of trial subjects
-Join health groups and attend health fairs to attract subjects to our clinical trial site
Skills:
- Proven experience in recruiting and marketing patients/subjects/people.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of recruiting/marketing techniques and best practices
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
