Clinical EMR Coordinator

Seeking a Clinical EMR Coordinator in Johnson City, TN for our Information Systems team. Office hours typically 8-5, Monday through Friday.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update hardware, software, and database tables in cooperation with EMR.
• Responsible for daily operation of EMR equipment.
• Review feedback and analyze support data.
• Investigate, identify, and prepare proposals with the department manager.
• Adds new providers and users into the EMR system.
• Assist staff with using EMR system.
• Address and resolve issues with staff.
• Maintain records.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION

• State License Practical Nurse license or Certification as a Medical Assistant.
• IS experience viewed as a plus.
