Clinical Coordinator – Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) Team

The Position: We’re actively looking for an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LSATP to lead our Client’s MST (Multi-Systemic Therapy) Team. The program services youth involved in criminal activity and their families.

Responsibilities:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Provide leadership, weekly group supervision and training to MST team to ensure adherence to MST principles and the MST analytic process.
• Provides individual supervision as needed to target clinician competency.
• Hiring, performance evaluation, and holding supervisees accountable for performance.

Requirements:

• Must have completed a 60-credit Master’s Degree (with 600 completed intern hours) in relevant Human Service field (Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Etc.)
• Licensure in the state of Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LSATP.
• 3 years of relevant clinical experience, including at least 2 years of experience working with persons with serious mental illness.
• At least 1 year of prior supervisory experience of clinical staff in mental health setting.
• Ability to participate in and successfully pass behavioral intervention training; includes both verbal de-escalation skills and physical skills techniques to be utilized when needed
• Clinical experience in treating serious antisocial behavior in youth
