Communicates with providers and management to learn the organization's processes and priorities, and to provide takeaways in the most accessible and convenient way possible. Job Description: The Clinical Coordinator has responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of his/her designated clinical and/or treatment program, as well as providing direct services as necessary. Duties include supervising program staff and ensuring that services are provided according to best practice standards that promote client recovery.

Salary: $60,000 /year

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master’s Degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline
Experience: Three years post-degreed experience in the behavioral health field, with one year of increasing supervisory responsibility. Clinical & IBHS Program experience required.
Licensure/Certification: BCBA License preferred. Non-provisional Driver's License required
Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
Compensation Package: Chimes-Holcomb offers a generous benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Benefits are available on the first day of a new month after completing 30 days of employment. Health insurance, including a flexible spending account, medical, dental, and vision are included. Paid holidays in addition to earned paid time off, 403(B) with company match, and 1-year salary of life insurance are available as well. Some benefits are available to employees working between 25-29 hours per week.
