What does this position accomplish for the business? Support and develop the migration of the existing Genesys i3 Dialer to the Genesys CX Cloud Platform. The contractors will possess specific skillsets to ensure a successful migration and provide ongoing support.
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)?
Genesys Cloud design and Administrator, Knowledge of Genesys Architect, IVR. Experience with Dialer and Integrations, Text to Speech and ASR. Most have broad Genesys Cloud knowledge.
What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)?
Knowledge of Pureconnect to Genesys Cloud CX support with broad knowledge of Genesys applications and best practices.
What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart)?
Certifications and experience directly with implementation of Genesys migrations to the Cloud.
Does this position require a professional license or certification? If so please list.
Would desire a Genesys certified person so that they can directly open support tickets.
What are the work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc.)?
9am-5pm ET with some after-hours support which will be scheduled.
