Clinical Information System Specialist jobs in Santa Ana, CA

The Systems Support Specialist provides software and hardware support in a multi-platform and operating systems environment, including the administration of user and workstation licenses, cross department troubleshooting, and new systems research and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work directly with users to resolve system issues and provide general support.
• Work with a ticket system to manage support tickets.
• Create and maintain system training materials (Videos and Process Documents).
• Create system rules that ensure data integrity is maintained that align with business processes.
• Use tools like Zapier and Postman to update data and create API requests.
• Utilize experience in Sage Intacct (required) up to and including;
  • Custom Reports
  • ICR Writer
  • Word Merge report customization
  • Smart Rule & Triggers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• SQL-Advanced stored procedures and report writing.
• Proficient with Sage Intacct
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience
• Advanced Word Merge experience
• Basic financial and accounting knowledge
• Basic API understanding
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, and clients
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Education/Experience: A high school diploma is required.  Sage Intacct, SQL, and API experience required; minimum of one year preferred.
