The System Support Specialist is an integral part of the System Support Team, the System Support Specialist will be responsible for the daily support of ERP software at our Lodi manufacturing site and collaborate with the Logistics Business Systems team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the design and implementation of automation hardware & software improvements that facilitate operational efficiency.

This position is part of the Logistics Department and will be located Lodi, CA. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for front line SAP support for stockroom operations who can resolve SAP and system related issues and assists with the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing ERP solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

• Utilizes SAP skills to assist business operations, on the job training and documented trainings.

• May assist in schedule processes and other duties as assigned by Logistics management.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School Degree (or equivalent) with 5 years of related work experience.

• Solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• 2 years SAP

• Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel

• Ability to translate and simplify problems of considerable scope and complexity into manageable tasks with measurable requirements.

The salary range for this role is $28.00 -$31.00 hourly. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
