We are looking for someone to fill the Account Manager/ IT Director role for our clients which is a mix of account management and technology consulting.
This position entails regular client touches, handling client escalated issues, client meetings, client technical summaries, client technical budgets and client proposals. The Account Manager/ IT Director will have an in depth knowledge of the client and is responsible for having Quarterly Business Review meetings with each one.
