Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Business Systems Analyst / Product Manager to join our GMO Business Capability Design & Delivery team with the Adobe Technology Services (ATS) organization to drive data enablement for our marketing automation solutions. We partner with marketing, sales, product, and customer experience teams to activate streaming and batch data that scales with Adobe's increasing demand. We activate data from all subject areas (product usage, financial subscription/retention, web visit, marketing, and data science) to optimize product development and personalized customer experiences.

A hands-on approach is critical as you work closely with engagement marketing and engineering teams deliver data for enriched segmentation, personalization, and campaign activation. The successful candidate must be able to proactively engage with the business, build relationships and solve problems. You must also be able to independently drive analysis of data, data quality and solve problems related to data activation. This position will provide thought leadership and continuous improvement to our delivery and operations cycles.

What You Will Do:

• Lead end-to-end design and enablement of data solutions for our B2B and B2C

marketing needs.

• Use your strong interpersonal communication skills to interact regularly with other product teams, the business, product managers, and x-functional engineering teams.
• Understand capability of applications and their generated transaction and event data (SAP, Adobe's marketing tools, Hadoop/Kafka streams) and effectively navigate the data domains to identify and inform business partners and engineering on best source for each use case.
• Serve as an intake and prioritization funnel for business engagement and developing clear requirements.
• Work within the program management and engineering teams to deliver business needs quickly.
• Assist Adobe business partners in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy and participate in the gathering of functional requirements that lead to projects or enhancements.
