An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Nurse Director. A well-established community hospital is searching for an RN Hospital Director of Long Term Care to join their team.
The RN Hospital Director of Long Term Care will ensure that high quality patient-centered care is provided to the members of the community. This hospital has served Eastern Montana for over 100 years and provides high quality care. This hospital offers many inpatient services, ranging from a 24 hour emergency room to rehabilitation services to home health. Several Clinics are also operated by the hospital to provide outpatient care to the community.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the RN Hospital Director of Long Term Care will focus on ensuring health care regulations are met within all nursing services related to Long Term care. As the Director of Long Term Care, this individual will manage the entire nursing process including planning, evaluation and implementation of nursing practices. This Director will also be supported by a Nurse Manager and several RN Supervisors.
The Director of Long Term Care will manage a team over extended care and is responsible for the clinical and administrative functions of the facility. The Director will organize and manage daily operations ensuring the departmental goals align with the hospital and care site strategic goals. With a team-oriented approach, the Director of Nursing will support their team through open communication, continuous educational programs for new hires and current staff, and ensure quality care is consistently delivered throughout the facility.
