    We're looking for a Clinical Manager (RN) to coordinate patient care and supervise clinical personnel. Responsibilities include:
    • Reviewing case referrals and assigning appropriate clinicians
    • Evaluating patient's clinical needs and assisting in goal-setting
    • Attending case conference meetings and supporting new personnel
    • Ensuring compliance with professional standards and Agency policies
    • Providing ongoing education and support to clinicians
    • Promoting patient and physician portals, as well as Telehealth visits

    Qualifications:
    • RN with current licensure
    • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
    • Two years of management or supervisory experience in healthcare
    • CPR certification
    • Strong observation, organization, and communication skills
    • Proficiency in computers, Microsoft, EMR, and technology
    • Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards
