The Clinical Nurse Specialist - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Home Care typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Charge Nurse Critical Care will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative operations within the ICU during the night shift.     The ideal Charge Nurse Critical Care candidate will have their Bachelors of Science in Nursing and current New Mexico RN license. Previous acute care ICU or critical care supervisory experience is preferred. Candidates with their Associates Degree in Nursing will also be considered.
