The Charge Nurse Critical Care will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative operations within the ICU during the night shift. They will guide the nursing staff, including Registered Nurses and support personnel, manage and respond to emergencies/critical situations, supervise the care of critically ill patients, and ensure adherence to ICU protocols.
The ideal Charge Nurse Critical Care candidate will have their Bachelors of Science in Nursing and current New Mexico RN license. Previous acute care ICU or critical care supervisory experience is preferred. Candidates with their Associates Degree in Nursing will also be considered.
