The CNS for Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care will thrive in this new Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and will be an influential leader in plans to expand the hospital’s congenital heart program. The ideal candidate will have several years of pediatric cardiac clinical experience and Clinical Nurse Specialist licensure. In this comprehensive role, the Cardiac PICU Clinical Nurse Specialist CNS will be a clinical mentor, coach, program collaborator, and consultant to promote evidence-based practices and develop the professional goals of the unit.
