Description
This position is responsible for the review of clinical documents, submission and validation of Oasis. Analyzing data integrity and consistency of OASIS documentation and assessment processes.
Consults with appropriate clinical staff to clarify any data integrity issues and works with clinicians to make the appropriate corrections per organization policy.
Conducts peer audits as needed / assigned
Basic Knowledge of medical terminology
working knowledge of computer systems.
