About the Job: The Quality Improvement Nurse Manager RN will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality improvement and risk management programs for the entire facility and associated clinics. The RN Manager Quality will engage in survey readiness, design and implement hospital performance improvement measures, educate incoming staff on quality assurance guidelines, and utilize hospital resources to achieve and maintain optimal standards of patient care. The Quality Management Nurse Manager will work closely with the Quality Improvement Nurse Director and Chief Nursing Officer CNO to ensure that quality assurance goals are met, and will continually collaborate with hospital leadership to devise quality improvement plans.
REQUIREMENTS: Registered Nursing License in the State of North Carolina - Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Related Clinical Field - CPHQ or CPPS Certification highly preferred - 3 years of management experience in healthcare quality improvement.
