As the RN Shift Supervisor for the Med Surg department, you will report to the Nurse Manager and collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The Med Surg Unit provides comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Our dedicated team of nurses, physicians, and support staff work together to promote healing and recovery in a compassionate and nurturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication with healthcare providers.
