Clinical Nurse Specialist jobs in Frankfort, KY

Green River Horizons is looking for a dedicated clinical director. The clinical director is in charge of managing the GRH clinical department including; day to day administration of tasks including maintaining records, hiring new staff, keeping policies and procedures up to date and preparing the department's budget. They will work to improve the complete care quality of our facility and work to enhance relationships with vendors who work with our facility. The clinical director will need to be dedicated to promoting the trust and professionalism of our facility within the community.
Responsibilities

• Assigns cases to clinicians
• Applies knowledge of state and national standards
• Participates in decision making, provides recommendations and approves policies and procedures
• Monitoring and coordinating the facilities activities to guarantee clinical quality through improvement programs
• Recruiting and managing all clinical staff
• Periodically reviews admissions, transfers, individual sessions and discharges of patients
• Training employees as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in clinical supervision and management
• A license and certification to practice
• Good computer skills
• Excellent managerial and organizational skills
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
