The Clinical Nurse Specialist manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. The Emergency Department Nurse will report directly to the Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department and would be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in the ER, responding to emergencies in a calm and efficient manner and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure there is comprehensive patient care.
The ED Nurse will ideally hold their Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and have 2 years of Emergency Services experience.
