Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO, the Nurse Director Behavioral Health will manage staff to provide outstanding patient care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations. The RN Director will demonstrate a strong background in Behavioral Health regulatory, Joint Commission, and Oklahoma State Department of Health guidelines. This role will oversee 3 direct reports, Nurse Managers overseeing each area of behavioral health - adult, pediatric, and geriatric.
