The Clinical Patient Experience Nurse Specialist is responsible for collaborating with leaders on the promotion of a highly satisfied patient experience for all patients, addressing patient and/or family complaints and referring them to the proper individual or department, responsible for the patient experience survey process and reporting, providing post-discharge phone calls and follow up for concerns, as well as Hospital and staff recognition, supports families in crisis during medical emergencies in collaboration with clinical team members, serves as a liaison between physicians and patients/families as they navigate healthcare, and provides service recovery as needed.
Requirements: Successful completion of an accredited LPN diploma program, current LPN license in the State of GA, BLS certification, and at least two years experience in a clinical setting with demonstrated customer service skills.
Prefer more than two years experience in a clinical setting with proven customer service skills and/or experience with patient satisfaction improvement.
