CVM offers 8-hour Clinical Support schedules for Registered Nurses in our Moline office.
Job Summary:
Responsibilities for this position include managing an assigned physician's practice by providing support through coordinating his/her schedule, scheduling tests/procedures for patients, managing incoming/outgoing phone calls, and responding to requests for medication refills, prior authorizations, sample requests, and patient assistant programs.
This position will also be responsible for learning and utilizing the electronic medical records system for effective documentation in patient charts, assessing and preparing any incoming mail for the physician's review, completing incoming FMLA and disability forms promptly, and other duties as assigned.
