VNA Hospice of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced hospice nurse to provide clinical education and to actively participate in the agency’s quality assurance/process improvement activities. In this role, you will work close with the hospice interdisciplinary team to ensure high quality standards for clinical care and documentation are achieved. The ideal candidate must be highly competent in care delivery for end-of-life patients with superior documentation and teaching skills as well as electronic medical record (EMR) skills.
