A newly established spine surgery center is excited to hire a Director of Nursing. The Director of Nursing will report to a Regional Director of ASC Operations and be supported by a well-recognized ASC management company. The Director of Nursing will oversee all clinical components of the three-room ambulatory surgery center that also has one additional procedural sweet. The advanced surgeons are well-known throughout the greater Phoenix area and perform minimal and complex spine procedures.

The Director of Nursing will build a team of clinical staff. The ASC Director of Nursing will work with physicians and regional leadership to ensure an employee centered work environment. Moreover, that Ambulatory Surgery Center Director of Nursing will have oversight of survey readiness, infection control, quality outcomes, and overall staff engagement and satisfaction.

This brand-new surgery center will open in early 2024 and is outfitted with the latest in surgical technologies. The surgery center is partially owned by the management company and local physicians. The Surgical Services Director of Nursing position is great for an experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager looking to take a step up into a director position as they will be well supported and groomed by an experienced senior leadership team.
