The ideal applicant should have an advanced nursing degree (MSN or Doctorate), a current RN license with a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, and experience in a leadership role. Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices for clinical staff is essential. This position also requires excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
