Clinical Outcomes Analyst jobs in Alamogordo, NM
Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. About the Opportunity:- Start Date: ASAP

- Hours: 8am to 5pm
The Clinical Applications Analyst will:- Train new doctors, nurses and others on how to use the systems
- Provide training to all staff for system upgrades
- Support the ticket queue
- Manage projects ad hoc projects as they as arise
- Stay ready for on-call support every 3 weeks, including running updates at night or critical system issues that come up
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 2 years of experience supporting Applications and/or IT in a Healthcare and/or Hospital setting
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail

As of 2010, Alamogordo had a total area of 19.3 square miles (50.0 km2), all of it land.
