Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Qualifications:
1. One full year of full-time postgraduate experience in the provision of mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults and meet one of the following:
a. Be licensed in PA as a physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage/family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification or clinical social worker.
b. Be licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
c. Be licensed in PA as a Social Worker and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
d. Be licensed in PA as a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS and have a graduate degree that required clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
3. Proven experience in a leadership role within an IBHS program or related clinical setting.
4. Strong knowledge of treating individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health disorders, mental health practices, behavior analysis, and evidence-based interventions.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
