Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. This leading not-for-profit healthcare center is home to just over 200 inpatient beds and offers a variety of acute care, primary care, and tertiary care services. This location provides a number of award-winning services including cardiovascular care, oncology, surgical services, behavioral health, emergency and critical care, rehabilitative services, and much more.
Under limited supervision, the Certified Phlebotomist will provide inpatient, outpatient, and off-site blood specimen collection. The Certified Phlebotomist will ensure quality patient care, guarantees accurate patient and specimen identification, and performs department secretarial duties. This is a full-time night shift position with hours of 9:30pm-8:00am.
