Clinical Outcomes Analyst jobs in Austin, TX

Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Job Description:

    As a Fitness Coach at Athletic Outcomes, you will have the opportunity to motivate and educate our members on their fitness journeys and coach alongside a dedicated & supportive team.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading fitness classes suited to different fitness levels and goals.
    • Conducting small group personal training sessions.
    • Providing one-on-one personal training sessions.
    • Collaborating with the team to promote business growth and success.
    • Fully embracing and embodying our core values both within and outside the gym.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitness coach.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
    • A team player mentality and a commitment to our core values.

    Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Leading group fitness classes and semi-private training sessions.
    • Maintaining a consistent pre-set weekly schedule of ~30 hours and covering additional hours when needed and available.
    • Being available for weekend sessions and some early morning or late evening sessions.
    • Attending biweekly team meetings, pursuing ongoing professional development, and staying accessible and communicative.
    • Part time coaches have the option to pick up as many as 20 hours per week when other coaches need coverage. In addition to hours on the floor, candidates will be expected to attend meetings every other week (Mondays), keep up with AO’s continuing education standards, and be reliable on Slack & email.
