Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. The Physical Therapist will report directly to the Physical Therapy Manager and will collaborate with Senior Physical Therapists. The Physical Therapist will provide excellent care by conducting exercises that help restore proper function in patients struggling with a variety of ailments. The Physical Therapy team plays an integral role in the Outpatient Clinics. The Physical Therapist will supervise all of Physical Therapy exercises and will be responsible for patient assessment, treatment planning and implementation of new activities. They will encourage participation and provide guidance to both patients, nursing staff and family members when reviewing instructions. The Physical Therapist will accurately document patient progress and report any changes to their multidisciplinary team. The experienced Physical Therapist will provide their patients with personalized care plans with the goal to decrease pain with movement and increase mobility and range of motion. They will also be an advocate for their patients and ensure that they have all necessary resources and adequate education.
