Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. The Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist will be reporting to an experienced Pharmacy Director and work alongside other experienced Pharmacists at the inpatient facility. The Inpatient Pharmacist will be at the center of a dynamic cohort of Pharmacists to address patient needs and provide continuous quality care.
The Pharmacist will work alongside a team of accomplished MD’s, tenured Nurse Practitioners and supportive Pharmacist’s. The Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist will support inpatient, ambulatory, cancer and orthopedic patients. A strong, seasoned Acute Care Pharmacist with Inpatient experience will surely earn a quick interview. Within this role, the Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist will continue to monitor the patient's progress and evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the patient's medication.
