Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Executive
· Manage Staff
· Manage clinical operations
· Oversee billing service
· Recruiting
· Developing policies and standards for the organization
· Ensure all employees meet our policies and standards
· Talk with prospective parents
· Make connections in the community with potential referral sources
Clinical
· Help the kids you work with live happier, more independent lives
· Build trusting, positive relationships with kids and parents
· Serve as guide, role model, and inspiration to behavior technicians
· Administer assessments
· Create and modify behavior plans and skill acquisition protocols
· Collaborate with staff and clinicians from other organizations
· Oversee data collection and review
· Develop Quality Assurance protocols and procedures
· Ensure clinical programming is in compliance with funding source requirements – audit ready
Qualifications
● Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
● BCBA certification – must be current
● Current and valid license to practice in Connecticut
● No sanctions or disciplinary actions on license and/or certification
● At least 6 years’ experience as a practicing BCBA treating children with autism and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Clinical Director or Supervisory role
● Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of ABA principles and applications, and funding as applied in the State of Connecticut
● Experience building new clinical models is a plus
