Clinical Outcomes Analyst jobs in Cincinnati, OH

What You'll Do:

• Interact regularly with clinical project managers to evaluate financial performance of projects
• Identify Out of Scope activities and assess profitability potential
• Perform project reconciliations throughout project lifecycle
• Collaborate with Project team to strategize best way to prepare and present data to client
• Prepare presentation of data for management and client
• Perform analysis to proactively identify potential issues and assist in planning mitigation strategies
• Participate in client accrual spreadsheet preparation process
• Participate in line-item revenue recognition calculations process
• Provide financial expertise and assistance on projects ranging in size, revenue, and complexity

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to work with all levels of staff, across multiple departments, and with clients
• Analytical skills to assess project status
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidential information
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft office applications
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Detail oriented, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business major
• At least 1 year of related experience in accounting, finance, or data analysis
