Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Position summary:
    Business Analyst is responsible for assisting with preparing, processing and analyzing data from different areas of the organization for trending and analysis. Responsible for maintaining contracts to ensure accurate and timely outcomes. Business Analyst works with various departments to gather information, analyze data and present results to management for supporting business decisions.

    Essential duties and responsibilities:
    • Manage contract database to include maintenance of existing contract templates and drafting of new templates. Review requested client redlines. Manage existing contracts for renewal dates, compliance with terms, fee increases, necessary amendments, etc.
    • Conduct pro forma on new clients and evaluate existing client’s profitability.
    • Assist with development of sales proposals.
    • Perform cost analysis for new tests, test changes and insourcing determinations,
    • Collect and analyze data for service line profitability analysis.
    • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
    • Conduct research and analysis to assist with solutions to business problems and present findings and recommendations to management.
    • Work with various departments on cross-departmental projects.
    • Compile charts, tables, and other elements of data visualization.
    • Provide ongoing support to Directors and management.
    • Assist with business administrative and organization needs.
    • Ensure organizational compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
    • Support and adhere to all legal and compliance directives and Integrity guidelines.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Degree in business-related field desired or comparable work experience.
    • Previous healthcare experience preferred.
    • Experience with Tableau or other data analysis software preferred.
    • Must possess advanced Excel skills. Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    • A minimum of 3 years successful experience in data analysis.
    Physical demands and work environment:
    • Visual acuity and hand-finger dexterity with the ability to work at computer for extended periods.
    • Sit at computer work station for extended periods.
    • Comprehension of verbal and written directions.
    • Concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
    • Handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
    Safety demands and requirements:
    • Will have exposure to biohazard substances and hazardous chemicals.
    • Be familiar with and adhere to safety, ergonomic and health policies of the Company.
    • Comply with all PPE requirements when in the laboratory or other biohazard areas.
    • Complete required safety training and health evaluations in a timely manner.
    • Anticipate safety hazards, act upon unsafe situations and promote safety awareness.
