Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. MANDATORY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
Four (4) years of direct patient care work experience.
Two (2) years of RPMS EHR Super-User experience.
Education:
Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Health Sciences or related field
Active and unrestricted health care professional license or Health Information Management certification in respective discipline must be in good standing.
